These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the submission, publication, and management of listings on Balipage (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Platform”).
By submitting a listing on https://www.balipage.com/, you (“User”, “Listing Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not submit a listing.

Balipage offers the following listing types:

• Free Listings
• Paid Listings
• Sponsored Listings

Features, visibility, duration, and pricing may vary by listing type and are subject to change at our discretion.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are authorized to represent the business, service, or activity listed
• The information provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Your listing complies with all applicable local laws and regulations

You may submit information including, but not limited to:

• Business or service name
• Description and promotional text
• Images, logos, and media
• Address and location data
• Contact details and external links
• Operating hours, pricing, and offers
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all submitted content.

You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, by submitting a listing, you grant Balipage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: Use, store, reproduce, modify, and display listing content Publish listings publicly on the website Feature listings in search results, maps, and promotional sections Use listing content for marketing and editorial purposes This license remains valid while the listing is active and may continue for archival or legal purposes after removal.

Balipage reserves the right to:

• Review, edit, reject, or remove any listing
• Correct formatting, grammar, or presentation
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws
• We are not obligated to publish or maintain any listing.

Free listings are provided “as-is” Visibility and placement are determined by Balipage Free listings may be modified, limited, or removed at any time without notice No guarantees are made regarding traffic, exposure, or performance

Paid listings require payment of applicable fees Listing duration, features, and placement depend on the selected package Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise Failure to comply with these Terms may result in removal without refund

• Sponsored listings receive enhanced visibility or promotional placement
• Sponsored status does not imply endorsement by Balipage
• Balipage reserves the right to label sponsored content clearly
• Sponsored listings must comply with advertising and consumer protection laws

Listings must NOT include:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• Copyright-infringing material
• Adult, explicit, or exploitative content
• Spam, malware, or harmful links
• Violation may result in immediate removal.

Listings may be displayed using OpenStreetMap or other mapping services. You agree that location data provided may be publicly visible and used for navigation and discovery purposes.

Listings may include links to third-party websites or services. Balipage is not responsible for:

• External website content
• Transactions between users and third parties
• Availability, pricing, or service quality
• All interactions occur at your own risk.

Balipage may remove or suspend listings:

• At the request of the listing owner
• For violations of these Terms
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements
• For inactivity or outdated information
• Paid listings removed for violations are not eligible for refunds.

Balipage does not guarantee:

• Website traffic
• Leads, bookings, or sales
• Ranking, visibility, or conversion results
• Listings are provided for informational and promotional purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Balipage is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from listings
• Users agree to indemnify Balipage against claims related to submitted content
• We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or data loss

Balipage may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the listing service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Balipage operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
